When you submit a sourcing inquiry, the name, work email, company, buyer role, destination market, quantity, timing, selected product references and project notes are stored by the site operator so the request can be reviewed. The live receiver and retention period must be confirmed before public launch.

Optional anonymous page and product analytics run only after you choose Allow analytics. Inquiry reporting sent to the GEO service is redacted: it excludes your email, company, phone, free-text notes, IP address and browser user agent. Rejecting optional analytics stops page and product activity tracking; submitting an inquiry still creates a redacted inquiry-count record.

Do not submit financial account details or information that is not needed for a business sourcing request. The site operator's legal identity and contact details, retention period and request process must be added before launch.

We do not publish buyer details, logos, product briefs or project photographs without authorization.
