B2B WHOLESALE · OEM · PRIVATE LABEL
Request a wholesale toy or OEM quote.
Tell us what you plan to buy and where it will sell. The more complete the brief, the more directly the team can review product fit, MOQ, sample, packaging, market information and shipment assumptions.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Your brief goes to a desk that has run this sequence hundreds of times.
- Review: the selected references are checked against your market, channel, quantity and date.
- SKU-level quote: current MOQ, unit price assumptions, pack and carton data are written per item.
- Sample path: samples, revisions and the approval record are scheduled against the launch plan.
- Market files: the document route (ASTM/CPC, EN 71/GPSR, UKCA, GSO and others) is confirmed for the destination.
- Shipment: consolidation, inspection, booking and trade terms are coordinated project by project.
Why a complete brief saves real time
Most delays in cross-border toy buying are not production problems — they are information problems. A buyer who sends destination, channel, quantity and date in the first email avoids the long back-and-forth that usually precedes a real quote. If a detail genuinely is not decided, marking it "to be reviewed" is more useful than leaving the field blank; the team then knows the question exists.
Buyers can also start the conversation from either end: send exact product links with target volumes, or describe a customer problem, channel and budget and let the shortlist be shaped for them. Both routes reach the same item-specific review. Submitting an inquiry carries no cost and creates no obligation; sample fees, freight and production terms are only discussed once the project itself is real.
BUYER QUESTIONS
Before you send the brief
What happens after I send a sourcing brief?
The team reviews the destination, channel, quantity, date and selected references, then replies with SKU-level product fit, current MOQ, packaging and carton information, the market-document route and the sample path. Points that cannot be confirmed yet are listed as open items rather than guessed.
Is there a cost to submit an inquiry or ask for samples?
Submitting an inquiry carries no cost and commits the buyer to nothing. Sample fees, freight and production terms are agreed case by case; the brief is the beginning of a review, not a payment request.
How detailed does the brief need to be?
The five core details are destination market, buyer type and channel, product or category, expected quantity and required date. Package direction, brand rules, languages, documents and sample needs can follow later; open fields should simply be marked for review.
How is my business information handled?
Name, work email, company and buying plan are used to handle the request and are not sold. The privacy policy describes the data, retention and contact route, and buyers can opt out of optional anonymous analytics without affecting the inquiry at all.
I only have a rough product idea. Is that enough to begin?
Yes. Describe the target customer, market, occasion or season, approximate budget and quantity, and the team will shape a shortlist with comparable product families. Many long-term programs begin exactly this way — with the buyer's market knowledge and the desk's knowledge of what Chenghai actually makes.
